The scope of work on this project involved meticulous attention to detail and various enhancements. We retrofitted the existing upper metal roof with mechanically fastened polyiso insulation between the metal ribs and fully adhered 60 mil grey TPO improving insulation and energy efficiency. Additionally, we scraped and repainted four roof vents to ensure their longevity. 

The project also included the replacement of the existing EPDM system with installation of a grey 60 mil TPO membrane system, complete with flashings, terminations and new 24-gauge shop fabricated Kynar finish box gutters and 3” X 4” corrugated aluminum downspouts to enhance water drainage. We added PVC pipes with TPO flashing along the eaves as snow guards for added protection.
