This project involved the replacement of ballasted roofing systems for three areas on the Lakeside Book Company facility: Main Plant, Penthouse, and Office. We removed approximately 385 tons of stone ballast from the existing systems and removed the underlying EPDM. Replaced the old system with a fully adhered black 60 mil EPDM system along with custom shop fabricated 24-gauge Kynar aluminum edge metals and flashing. Installed new drainage components and premium EPDM walkway pads at roof access ladders.
