Trex Corporate Headquarters

Skyline Roofing was proud to partner with HITT Contracting on the impressive Trex Corporate Headquarters project, to deliver an exceptional roof solution.  The main focus was providing a fully-adhered TPO roofing system.  We began by installing polyiso insulation to ensure superior energy efficiency and thermal insulation.  Adhering to the highest industry standards, we applied insulation over the main roof, elevator hoistway, entry towers, and canopy high roofs.  To optimize water drainage, we implemented a tapered cricket package between drains to create sumps.  

Our commitment to excellence extended to the installation of a 60 mil White TPO membrane, complete with flashings, details, and terminations.  Additionally, we incorporated aesthetic elements by installing custom shop-fabricated aluminum coping with Kynar finish on parapet walls, metal caps on Trex cladded columns, and aluminum coping caps on mechanical screen walls.

In terms of additional features, we handled drain flashing, installed a box gutter system with downspouts, and ensured accessibility with a roof hatch system.  We installed TPO walkway pads for protection around mechanical equipment, solar panels, and the roof hatch. Lastly, we were able to create an inviting outdoor space by installing a Hanover concrete paver and pedestal system on the front and rear patio areas.
