Previously Loewner Apartments, this historic building was once the annex to the former Kavanaugh Hotel in Harrisonburg, VA. Skyline was called in as a part of the team for this remodel that will feature residential and retail space as part of a downtown revitalization.

As part of the team on this historic restoration we installed 5,000 sq/ft of traditional Virginia slate complete with 7 custom-built roof vents to match historical design. Installed 900 sq/ft of fully adhered .060 EPDM system on mechanical well. Installed 2,200 sq/ft 24 ga standing seam on low slope rooftop. Custom storefront cornice install, gutters with custom-fabricated rain leaders and downspout. Installed 26 ga exposed fastener metal panels complete with associated trims on the fire escape canopy.
