The Bond House was a new six-floor, 313 -bed residence hall built to accommodate UVA’s growing student population. We installed 29,500 sq. ft fully adhered .060 mil black reinforced EPDM with custom fabricated .040 aluminum edge metal, gutters and canopy metal.
