Tru Hotel by Hilton

                 Our collaboration on the Tru Hotel by Hilton / new construction project began by installing 2.6” RESISTA polyiso insulation on the structurally sloped wood deck, providing an R-15 value for energy efficiency.  Over this, we applied 60 mil white TPO membrane, seamlessly extending it over the perimeter parapet walls to ensure waterproofing.

Attention to detail was paramount on this project.  We meticulously handled flashing and terminations to create a watertight roofing system. Additionally, prefabricated .040 Kynar finished Hickman coping caps and gravel stops with fascia extensions were installed to enhance both protection and visual appeal along the parapet walls.

Safety and functionality were key priorities.  We provided and installed an aluminum 30” by 96” roof scuttle for secure rooftop access, installed TPO coated 12” parapet wall vents for ventilation, and integrated a 30” x 36” smoke vent into the TPO system.  Even the exterior dumpster enclosure received a prefabricated coping cap for added durability and aesthetics.
