Introducing a remarkable retrofit to Rocco Building Supplies South Warehouse existing metal roof system, a testament to cutting-edge commercial roofing expertise. Our meticulous approach started by covering the existing inlaid skylight system using metal panels matching the existing metal roof profile. Next, we optimized energy efficiency by strategically installing EPS foam board insulation between metal roof panels and securing a layer of polyiso insulation, ensuring superior thermal performance and cost savings. 

The centerpiece of this project was the installation of a 60 mil white TPO membrane, mechanically fastened for lasting protection against the elements. Additionally, we incorporated advanced skylight technology by installing five 2”x10’ Fixed Curb dMount, Thermally Broke skylights to infuse the interior with natural light while minimizing heat loss. The skylights not only enhance the ambiance but will contribute to energy savings. To complete the project, we installed 24-guage, Kynar finish, shop fabricated gravel stop edge metal at the perimeter.  This finishing touch not only adds visual appeal, but also reinforces the edges, ensuring long-term protection against wind uplift and other external forces.
