                 We are proud to highlight the completion of this extensive roofing project for the new construction of Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham.  Our scope of work encompassed  a meticulous series of tasks to bolster the building’s resilience and energy efficiency.  From the installation of aluminum roof scuttles and smoke vents to the application of a vapor retarder, insulation layers, and tapered insulation for efficient drainage, every detail was thoughtfully executed.

The centerpiece of the roofing project is a white 60 mil TPO membrane secured with precision using a invisiweld Rhino Bond method, ensuring both structural integrity and visual appeal.  Furthermore, we integrated safety features with TPO walk pads while adding aesthetic value with shop fabricated Kynar finish coping caps, edge metals, and box gutters. Additionally, efficient water management was achieved with the installation of corrugated aluminum downspouts.
