A monumental roofing project, encompassing 14 distinct sections tailored to the school's diverse roofing needs.

In Section 1, the project commenced with the removal of existing EPDM and 2" insulation, followed by the installation of 20 PSI 2" polyiso insulation and the meticulous adherence of a white 60 mil TPO membrane. Additionally, new 24-gauge, Kynar finish, shop-fabricated coping caps, (4) TPO coated steel scuppers, and (4) aluminum retrofit drains were introduced.

Sections 2 to 4 replicated the precision of Section 1, ensuring comprehensive roofing improvements with attention to detail. These sections focused on inspecting existing insulation, overlaying new insulation, and seamlessly installing the TPO membrane along with critical upgrades.

Sections 5 to 14 maintained the same level of meticulous craftsmanship, providing tailored solutions to each section's unique roofing requirements. With a focus on insulation, membrane, terminations, coping caps, scuppers, and drains, we were able to deliver excellence in commercial roofing, securing Martinsburg South Middle School's roofing for years to come.
