We were brought in to provide roofing services as part of the team on this design-build for a retail branch renovation and addition. The work on the flat roof section included installing layers of insulation for thermal efficiency and drainage, along with a seamless, fully adhered .060 mil black EPDM membrane extending over parapet walls. Flashing and terminations were integrated for secure seals. A .040 Kynar finish aluminum coping cap with fascia extension was installed adding architectural flair and durability.

On the pitched roof areas for weather resilience, ice/water protection was strategically placed, and a Peterson .032 Kynar finished aluminum snap lock roofing system was installed with trims and flashing for style and longevity. The addition of S-5 snow rails provided protection from snow and ice. The project also featured Peterson .032 aluminum flush panel soffit with J-trim for ventilation and aesthetics. Finally, rainwater management was achieved through standard aluminum 6” K-style gutters and 3”X4” corrugated downspouts.
