Pioneer Bank

Luray, VA | 6,500 SF | General Contractor: Skyline Roofing, Inc.

Pioneer Bank in Luray, VA boasts a roofing system that combines durability, energy efficiency, and aesthetics. Our first priority was to ensure long-lasting protection and to achieve this we installed state-of-the art synthetic underlayment, serving as a robust vapor barrier.

The core of this project involved the installation of a high-quality 26 ga. 16” nail strip metal roof panel with 1” standing seams. The roofing system not only offers superior structural integrity but also elevates the building’s aesthetics with a modern and sleek design that complements the bank’s architecture.

To guarantee watertight integrity, we meticulously installed all necessary flashing components, associated trims, and pipe boots, adding both functionality and a polished finish to the roofing system. Additionally, we addressed regional climate challenges by strategically placing RT300 rib mounted snow guards at the eaves. These snow guards prevent snow accumulation and sliding, ensuring the safety of the building and its occupants during the winter months.
